Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a alloy material excellent in adhesive properties to a fluororesin film in a minimum stage for a short time by utilizing a prescribed alkali aq. soln. and performing AC electrolysis treatment for an Al alloy sheet in the specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:Ac electrolysis treatment is performed for an Al alloy sheet such as Al-Mn system and Al-Mg system in an alkali aq. soln. of Na4P2O7 having 9-13pH and 55-85 deg.C bath temp. at 4-50A/dm<2> current density in a time for exceeding 80c/dm<2> quantity of electricity. Thereby an oxidative film is formed which has a clean surface and 500-5000Angstrom film thickness and is very porous. Excellent film adhesive properties are obtained for tack-free fluororesin. Further since degreasing, washing and formation of the film are performed by the same electrolysis treatment in the same tank and also a time for electrolysis is made short, a working time is shortened and productivity is enhanced.
