Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an aluminum allay sheet remarkably improved in formability, weldability, corrosion resistance and image clarity after coating and improved in various properties to a level enabling even the application of the existing steel sheet producing line.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of an aluminum alloy sheet has an anodically oxidized film of 0.01 to 10μm, and in which the flat parts having ≤0.6μm average roughness (Ra) on the surface occupy ≥30% of the surface of the sheet and the recessed parts deeper than the flat parts by ≥2μm are distributed so as to regulate the closest distance into 50 to 300μm as well as the angle formed by the flat parts and recessed parts is regulated to 5 to 30 degrees.
