Title:
ALUMINUM ALLOY SHEET FOR MOLDING, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND ALUMINUM ALLOY BRAZING SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014173153
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for molding having excellent moldability, brazability and strength after brazing and suitably used for the one as a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet is obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy ingot having a composition comprising 1.2 to 2.0% Mn, 0.5 to 1.0% Si and 0.10 to 0.20% Ti in which the content of V as impurities is regulated to 80 ppm or lower, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and in which the number of a generated coarse intermetallic compound with a size (diameter equivalent to a circle) of 4 mm or more is 1 piece/mor lower, and the number of a generated intermetallic compound(s) of 1 to less than 4 mm is 10 pieces/mor lower to hot rolling and cold rolling.
