Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attempt improvement mainly of mechanical property by using an aluminum alloy for high pressure casting including Mg and the like, and by specifying the average grain diameter and the average grain interval of crystallization and the like in a matrix, respectively, as well as by adding a selected component such as Mn and so forth. CONSTITUTION:Two-pieces wheel, for example for a vehicle, is formed in such a manner that a disc part is welded to a rim part. In this case, the disc part is formed including Mg 2-6% and moreover, one or more than two kinds of Mg 0.3-1.2%, Cr 0.05-0.25%, Ti 0.005-0.2% and B 0.001-0.005% and the rest part being A1 and impurities. And the average grain diameter of crystallization, precipitation and the like dispersed in a matrix is set at less than 50mu, and the average grain interval at less than 50mu respectively. Therefore mechanical property of the wheel can be improved, and the wheel is made thin and lightweight, so that designing property is improved.
