PURPOSE: To obtain aluminum die casting-made parts easy to weld without developing any welding defect by integrally casting a main body of the aluminum die casting-made parts with liner members having good weldability inserted at position of weld-joining part.
CONSTITUTION: The aluminum die casting-made parts 11, 12 are assembled with welding to obtain the product 1 of inlet pipe, etc., for internal combustion engine. At the time of manufacturing the above parts 11, 12 with the aluminum die casting, liner members 11a, 12a having good weldability are inserted and the main body of parts is cast so as to come to integration with these. As the above liner member 11a, 12a Al or the extended material or Al is desirable. If necessary, after forming swirls 11b, 12b, etc., to inner parts of the above parts 11, 12, the liner members 11a, 11b are mutually welded and assembled to obtain the alminum die casting product 11 of inlet pipe, etc.
