PURPOSE: To prevent an aluminum case from being exposed by the secondary contraction of a sleeve due to the heat of a solder or to prevent the sleeve from being damaged and to prevent a short circuit from being caused between the aluminum case and a pattern on a printed circuit board.

CONSTITUTION: A capacitor element 10 is housed inside an aluminum case 11; the open end of the aluminum case 11 is sealed with a sealing material 12. The aluminum case 11 which has housed the capacitor element 10 is covered with a sleeve 13. The shape of the sealing material 12 is protrusion-shaped, and it protrudes to the outside from the open end of the aluminum case 11. However, the lead-wire extraction part of the sealing material 12 is protrusion- shaped in order to remove a gas in a soldering operation.
