Abstract:
To provide an aluminum extruded tube with which an aluminum drawn tube having excellent out-of-roundness is formable.
The extruded tube for which an aluminum material composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy is used and which is formed by port hole extrusion, is provided. When the integrated intensity of a cross section vertical to the extrusion direction is determined by a wide-angle X-ray diffraction method, the crystal orientation which shows the maximum peak height is constituted so that the ratio Iw/In of integrated intensity Iw determined in a weld metal zone 12 to integrated intensity In determined in tube-wall portions 14 other than the weld metal zones is a value within the range of 0.7-1.0.
