Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material, a process of manufacture thereof, a heat exchanger, and an air conditioner capable of making harder to produce mold abrasion during press work while improving an antifouling property by making it difficult for both hydrophilic stain and hydrophobic stain to adhere.SOLUTION: An aluminum fin material of the invention includes an aqueous coating containing water soluble acryl resin containing alumina sol and sulfonic acid, and polyethylene glycol. A baked coating film of an aqueous coating material containing 5 to 45 mass% of alumina particles in 100 mass% of the coating solid content containing alumina particles in the alumina sol, the water soluble acryl resin, and the polyethylene glycol is formed on the surface of a plate composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and the coating amount of the coating film is 0.3 to 0.8 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
