Abstract:
To provide an aluminium fin for a heat exchanger superior in a hydrophilic property, and including a coating film superior in frost formation, defrosting performance and adhesion in a case when it is used as a fin for the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An aluminium fin for a heat exchanger includes a base plate composed of aluminum or aluminium alloy, a phosphate chromate film formed on at least one of a front surface and a rear surface of the base plate with a coating amount of 5-50 mg/mm, and a hydrophilic film formed on the phosphate chromate film with a coating amount of 0.3-1.0 g/m. The hydrophilic coating film is a film including 30-50 mass % of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), 10-30 mass % of silicate, and 25-40 mass % of alumina, and includes 5-20 mass % pf antifreeze polysaccharide derived from a fungus to 100 mass % of the hydrophilic coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
