Abstract:

To provide an aluminum fin material that sustains hydrophilia on a fin material surface for a long period of time.

A fin material 10A includes: a hydrophilic film layer 2; and a lubricant film layer 3, that are provided on a surface of an aluminum plate 1 in this order. The hydrophilic film layer 2 includes: a polymer only comprising monomers having a carboxyl group; a copolymer comprising monomers having a carboxyl group; and a resin composition including hydrophilic resin being the mixture thereof. The lubricant film layer 3 includes: one or more lubricant resins selected from a group comprising polyethylene glycol, carboxymethyl cellulose, and alkali metal salt of the carboxymethyl cellulose; and one or more crosslinking agents 6 selected from a group comprising water-soluble epoxy resin, water-soluble carbodiimide compound, water dispersible carbodiimide compound, and a water-soluble oxazoline group containing resin. The solid ratio of the crosslinking agents 6 is 0.2-70 mass% in the resin composition.
