To provide an aluminum material in which the electric corrosion of an aluminum base material is suppressed, and surface treatment having high hydrophilic properties is applied to the surface of the aluminum base material.
Provided is a surface-treated aluminum material; where, the surface of an aluminum base material such as an aluminum substrate fitted with a brazing sheet is cleaned (S11), lower treatment including etching treatment is performed (S14), plating treatment is performed by the injection of an electrolytic solution made of dimethylsulfone, aluminum chloride and alumina particles (S15), a composite plating film in which aluminum and inorganic fine particles are eutectoided is formed on the surface of the aluminum base material, thereafter, firing is performed at 580°C in an electric furnace (S18) to fuse a brazing filler metal on the surface of the aluminum base material, and the aluminum base material and the composite plating film are firmly fixed.
