Abstract:
To provide an aluminum melting furnace for disassembling a waste automobile engine or the like and separately recovering aluminum for recycling to produce an ingot of aluminum, which never generates any pollutant.
This aluminum furnace for recycling has a water-cooled heat exchanger provided in the exhaust gas passage of a thermal decomposition treatment furnace for incinerating the automobile waste tire or the like at high temperature without generating any pollutant, an aluminum melting means for recycling of the automobile engine or the like that is a waste material, an air-cooled heat exchanger, and a means for discharging the exhaust gas from a chimney through a bug filter means having dust removing and acidic gas adsorptive means.
