Abstract:
To provide an aluminum member and a production method of the same, wherein the aluminum member has an anodic oxide film having excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.SOLUTION: An aluminum member 1 comprises: a parent material 2 made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy; and an anodic oxide film 3 formed on a surface of the parent material 2. The anodic oxide film 3 has an amorphous layer 31 made of an amorphous aluminum oxide and formed on the parent metal 2, and a crystalline layer 32 made of a crystalline aluminum oxide and formed on the amorphous layer 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
