Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum panel having lightweight properties, sound absorbing function, heat resistance, electromagnetic wave shielding properties and cushioning effect possessed heretofore by a foamed aluminum panel, having no air permeability and more enhanced heat insulating properties while putting characteristics to be simple to process and easy to reutilize and capable of obtaining heating effect by the radiation of far infrared rays.
SOLUTION: A coating film of a far infrared radiation paint containing a 2-70 wt.% of a pigment, of which the spectral radiation brightness within a wavelength region of 1,500-15,000 nm is not less than 40% as integral radiation, is provided on the surface of a substrate comprising a foamed aluminum material.
