To provide a post treatment coating which prevents peeling of plated film and die galling which occur on forming an aluminum plated steel sheet used for building materials, is a low temperature baking type though having equal or better corrosion resistance than a conventional one, and can be manufactured inline.
The post treatment coating is prepared by applying a resin composition on the surface of the aluminum plated steel sheet manufactured with an electroplating or hot dipping method, to form a film having a dry film thickness of 0.1-4.5 μm. The resin composition is prepared by adding lubricant of 0.5-20 mass% and chromium of 0.5-3 mass % by mass ratio for solid content of the following dispersion substance, into the water-soluble dispersion substance of the modacrylic copolymerized substance, which contains an unsaturated ethyleny monomer having a carboxyl group and an unsaturated ethyleny monomer having a glycidyl group, and in addition, a reactive emulsifying agent having an unsaturated polymerizing group of 0.1-30 mass% for all monomers.
