Metal front plate 2 and rear plate 3 are adhered to front and rear surfaces of a honeycomb core via adhesive layers. The adhesive layers are provided to cover substantially overall surfaces of the core at the front and rear plate sides. The adhesive layer 4 interposed between the plate 2 and the core is formed of silicone modified epoxy adhesive, and the adhesive layer 5 interposed between the plate 3 is formed of rubber modified epoxy adhesive.
