To obtain the subject medicine useful for prevention or treatment of various inflammatory diseases, allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases, damages to tissues, proliferative diseases, or the like by including a specific amide or an amine derivative.
This medicine comprises an amide or amine derivative of the formula (D is an aryl, or the like, which may have a substituent group; Y is a bond, or the like; B is phenylene, or the like, which have a substituent group; X is a group of the formula NR1-CR2R3, or the like; R1 is H, or the like; R2 and R3 are H, or the like; A is an aryl, or the like, which has a substituent group) or its pharmaceutically permissible salt {e.g. 4-methyl-4'-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]thiazole-5-carboxyanilide}. The medicine is preferably administered once or in 2-4 portions at a daily dose of about 0.001-10 mg/kg per body weight usually in the case of oral administration.
