Abstract:
To provide an amidine derivative effective on the treatment of diseases involving inflammation and/or allergic process, and also to provide a preparing method and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same.
The amidine derivative having formula (1) is a compound as a free base or an acid addition salt. [wherein, a is an integer of 0 or 1, b is an integer of 1 or 2; R represents a 1-4C alkyl group and may represent H when a=0 or 1, b=1, a=1 and b=2], and the preparing method used for the same and the pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided.
