Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:An aminoethanesulfonic acid derivative shown by formula I [R1 and R2 are R, 1 to 6C alkyl, carboxyl or R1 and R2 are bonded to form (substituted) benzene ring; (n) is 1 to 5 integer].
EXAMPLE: 2-(1-Pyrrolidinyl)ethanesulfonic acid.
USE: A preventive and remedy for various kinds of circulatory diseases such as angina pectoris, myocardial infraction, hypertension, cardiac incompetence, arrhythmia, etc.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (X is halogen) or an alkali metallic salt thereof in a polar solvent under heating to give a compound shown by formula I.
