Abstract:
To provide an ammonia gas sensor in which the selectivity of NH3 gas is well maintained even if the NH3 gas exists with the other gases such as NO2 in the atmosphere to be detected.
This ammonia gas sensor comprises an insulation substrate 10, a pair of comb-like electrodes 20, 30, and a sensitive layer 40. The pair of comb-like electrodes 20, 30 are formed of a metal oxide. These comb-like electrodes 20, 30 are installed on the insulation substrate 10 in a comb shape. The sensitive layer 40 is stacked on the insulation substrate 10 through the pair of comb-like electrodes 20, 30.
