Abstract:
To provide novel D-allulose syrups which exhibit improved storage stability and which crystallize little or not at all even at low temperature, and provide methods of producing the syrups and their use for producing food products or pharmaceutical products.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a D-allulose syrup comprising, besides D-allulose, a D-allulose dimer, the mass content of which is greater than 1.5%, preferably greater than 1.8%, as determined by gas chromatography (GC).SELECTED DRAWING: None
