Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: amorphous alloy powder which enables the manufacturing of a powder-compact magnetic core capable of achieving both of a high saturation magnetic flux density and a low iron loss even under a high frequency condition; a high-performance powder-compact magnetic core manufactured by use of such amorphous alloy powder; a high-performance magnetic device including such a powder-compact magnetic core; and a reliable electronic device including such a magnetic device.SOLUTION: A choke coil (magnetic device) 10 comprises: a ring-like powder-compact magnetic core 11; and a conducting wire 12. The powder-compact magnetic core 11 includes amorphous alloy powder of the present invention. In the amorphous alloy powder of the present invention, D90/D10 is 3.3-6.5; D50 is 5-20 μm; the magnetic moment per unit mass is 120-210 [emu/g]; the coercive force is 0.1-2 [Oe]; and the content of oxygen is 100-3000 ppm on a mass ratio basis.
