Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-durable catalyst material having high activity in an oxygen reduction reaction.SOLUTION: In a production method of amorphous carbon containing nitrogen, raw material gas containing a first compound which is nitrile, amide and amine having a specific structure, and a second compound which is a heterocyclic compound containing one or two or more nitrogen atoms in the ring is introduced into a reaction vessel, and the raw material gas is reacted in the reaction vessel, to thereby deposit the amorphous carbon containing nitrogen on a substrate installed in the reaction vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
