Abstract:
In the present invention, obtained is an amorphous electrolyte which can be synthesized at a low temperature in an extremely short time while exhibiting high ion conductivity, which exhibits low resistance and high discharge capacity, and which exhibits excellent mass productivity. By using a Li2O-P2O5-SO3-based or Li2O-P2O5-SO3-Al2O3-based amorphous solid electrolyte as a first solid electrolyte, reduction occurs at a potential of approximately 2.0 V relative to lithium and reduction occurs in a heat treatment under conditions where carbon or the like is present, but it is possible to use LATP having high ion conductivity as a second solid electrolyte and thereby obtain an all solid secondary battery having a low resistance.
