Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leaking out of the broken pieces of a core by coating a wound core with a cover.
SOLUTION: The laminated surface of a U-shaped core part 101, consisting of the first yoke part 1a of a wound core 1 and the first and the second leg parts 1c and 1d, is covered by a U-shaped cover. A winding is wound on the leg parts 1c and 1d covered by the U-shaped cover. A filter sheet 22 is arranged inside the window part 20d provided on the U-shaped cover, and a filter sheet 23 is arranged between both ends of the U-shaped cover and the laminated surface of a core. A resin coated layer is formed covering the entire laminated surface of the second yoke part 1b, and a yoke cover 36 is adhered to the laminated surface of a yoke part 1b using the resin which forms the resin-coated layer. The filter sheets 22 and 23 and the yoke cover 36 are formed by felt.
