PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fit a clamping housing to the pipe end part of each connecting pipe, and eliminate works required for separating and disassembling a rubber ring and pipe slippage prevention rings when connection is made by putting a diameter enlargement set plate through the outer surface of the clamping housing over a space between the enlarged and divided end faces of each pipe slippage prevention ring which is enlarged in diameter by a diameter enlarging tool against a C type ring shaped spring.
SOLUTION: A clamping housing 19 is fitted over the outer circumferences of a rubber ring 10, and pipe slippage prevention rings 13 and 13 at both the right and left sides. A hole is provided for an outer circumferential surface in the vicinity of a rod 20 located at the head part side of the fastening bolt 21 of the clamping housing 19, and a projection 16 at one end of a C type ring shaped spring 15 is thereby engaged with the aforesaid hole. A diameter enlarging set plate 23 is put in through the outer surface of the clamping housing 19 over a space between the enlarged and divided end faces of each pipe slippage prevention ring 13 and 13 so as to be set therein by inserting the tip end of a diameter enlarging tool 18 against the C type ring shaped spring 15 into a diameter enlarging hole 18a. By this constitution, the clamping housing can thereby simply fitted in the pipe end part of each connecting pipe, and its operating performance and workability are thereby excellent.
