Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly precise amount-of-light adjustment device that suppresses deformation of blade members and damage thereof, and improve productivity.SOLUTION: In an amount-of-light adjustment device having a rotating blade member, a first sheet-like member 31 that has a first outsert hole 31a, a second outsert hole 31b and a first line segment 31c of a part of an outer shape of a blade member 13, and is material of the blade member and a second sheet-like member 32 that has a third outsert hole 32a, a fourth outsert hole 32b and a second line segment 32c of a part of an outer shape of a blade enforcement member 13b, and is material of the blade enforcement member are configured to overlap each other. A first integral outsert part for the first and third outsert holes and a second integral outsert part for the second and fourth outsert holes are molded. By cutting out from the first sheet-like member, an outer shape line of the blade member other than the first line segment is created, and by cutting out from the second sheet-like member, an outer shape line of the blade enforcement member other than the second line segment is created. The blade member integral with the blade enforcement member is provided that is separated from the first and second sheet-like members.
