Title:
AMPA-BINDING HUMAN GLUTAMIC ACID RECEPTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06205679
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a novel DNA or RNA encoding human receptors useful for screening of a compound chain effective for curing of human CNS disease.

CONSTITUTION: This human glutamic acid receptor is an isolated polynucleotide containing a region encoding AMPA-bonding human GluR receptor selected from human GluR1B, GluR2B, GluR3A and GluR3B receptors and their AMPA- binding fragments. For instance, a DNA sequence encoding GluR1B receptor is expressed by the formula and is obtained by a conventional technique of gene isolation or gene synthesis.
