To improve efficiency.SOLUTION: An amplification device comprises: a base substrate 10; an amplification unit 20 provided on a principal surface of the base substrate 10; a fundamental wave matching unit 40 that is provided on a principal surface of the base substrate 10 by being connected to the amplification unit 20 using a bonding wire 46, and performs impedance matching for a fundamental wave of an output of the amplification unit 20; and a harmonic processing unit 50 that is connected to the amplification unit 20 using a bump 58 extending in a direction intersecting with the principal surface of the base substrate 10, and performs harmonic processing of the output of the amplification unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
