Abstract:
To compensate a parasitic component of a circuit element without complicating a circuit configuration.SOLUTION: An amplifier comprises: a first amplifier for performing amplification action of a signal; (N-1) second amplifiers for sequentially performing an amplification action according to the amplitude of the signal while the first amplifier is performing the amplification action; N input network connected to an input terminal for inputting an input signal; N output networks connected between an output node of the first amplifier and a load-connecting node and between output nodes of the (N-1) second amplifiers and the load-connecting node; and a first bias network for supplying a DC bias voltage to at least one of the N output networks. The first bias network has an electric length of less than 90 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
