Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier without supplying a base current externally and without causing any offset.
SOLUTION: This amplifier having a 1st transistor(TR) Q1 of a 1st conduction type whose base is connected to an input terminal 1 is provided with a 2nd TR Q3 of a 1st conduction type whose base connects to the base of the 1st TR Q1, a 2nd conduction type 3rd TR Q5 whose base connects to a base of the 1st TR Q1, and a current mirror circuit 7 that converts a collector current of the 2nd TR Q3 twice as an emitter current of the 3rd TR and a base current of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q1, Q3 is supplied by a base current of the 3rd TR Q5.
