To provide an automatic photograph creator which can download an image from a server by a simple operation while eliminating the need for a troublesome operation such as a URL input by a user.

Since the automatic photograph creator transmits the whole or part of a photographed or doodled image to a server and also transmits the URL of a server associated with the image from a noncontact communication port 31 to a mobile phone terminal in a noncontact communication manner, the creator allows the user to download the image from the server by such a simple operation of putting the mobile phone terminal close to the noncontact communication port 31.
