The anal treatment apparatus is equipped with a pair of mutually alienated electrodes for electric stimulation 8 and 8 on a surface of a stick 4 to be inserted in the anus having at least an electrically insulated surface, and an electric voltage generating circuit for electric stimulation 10 to generate the voltage for electric stimulation which supplies pulse voltage for electric stimulation to the above pair of the electrodes for electric stimulation 8 and 8 at the inside (or the outside) of the above stick 4.
