PURPOSE: To prevent the advance time zone of a calender display member from going wrong after an alarm time is corrected by providing a decision signal control circuit between a switching control circuit and the 1st decision circuit which decides on the current time and the state of zero detection.
CONSTITUTION: A zero detection signal control circuit 30 consists of a negative going flip-flop circuit 30a which detecting the number of times of the output of a zero detection signal Pt0 from the 1st zero detecting circuit 18a being odd and ouptuts an odd number signal Podd and an AND circuit 30b which outputs the zero detection signal Pt0 with the odd-number signal Podd. The zero detection signal Pt0 is sent to the normal and advance control circuit 61 and elapsed time processing circuit 62 of a normal drive control circuit 6 and the time resetting circuit 72 of a switching control circuit 7. Further, a zero detection signal Pa0 is sent to an alarm function transition circuit 71 and an alarm control circuit 19 to output or not to output an alarm signal generated on the basis of a time signal outputted from a proper stage of a frequency dividing circuit 2 according to a switch signal Psw.
