Data transmission/reception between the base band circuit 200 and the wireless section are executed via an analog front end circuit 100. An analog digital converter 22 applies analog digital conversion to an analog reception signal Rx' outputted from the wireless section. An interpolation unit 24 interpolates by applying up-sampling to an output signal RxD of the analog digital converter 22. A ΔΣ modulator 26 applies four-order ΔΣ modulation to an output signal RxDU of the interpolation unit 26. A low voltage differential signal transmission section 28 converts an output signal RxB of the ΔΣ modulator 26 into a low voltage differential signal RxDS, which is transmitted to the baseband circuit 200 via a differential signal line L1.
