Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis chip used for biochemical reaction associated with heat treatment, which does not require a complicated pretreatment technique and a long manufacturing time so as to achieve low cost and high reliability, and a manufacturing method of the analysis chip.SOLUTION: A part of or all of components of reaction reagents 2e used for biochemical reaction associated with heat treatment are previously stored in reaction chambers 2d of an analysis chip. The reaction reagents 2e are in a state of gel which changes its phase with temperature and which does not cause syneresis during preservation at equal to or lower than ambient temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
