The analysis device is provided with: an element generation means for performing the element division of an analysis region; a model generation means for generating the analysis model of the analysis region; an element classification means for classifying a plurality of fluid elements for each of groups which are not adjacent to each other among groups each of which is configured of at least one fluid element; a size calculation means for calculating the size of each of groups classified by the element classification means; a group extraction means for extracting the group whose size calculated by the size calculation means is equal to or less than a prescribed value from among the groups classified by the element classification means; an attribute changing means for performing the attribute change of the fluid elements configuring the group extracted by the group extraction means to non-fluid elements which are not treated as fluid; and an analysis means for performing analysis by using the analysis model.
