Abstract:

To provide an analysis element for analyzing a charged object to be analyzed accurately and precisely by immunoassay and an analysis method using the same.

This analysis element for the charged object to be analyzed uses a material such as polymer composed of, for example, monomer of 20 to 80 mass % (based on total weight of all monomer) having an effective charge having the same code as an effective charge of the object to be analyzed containing a receptor for fixation and an amine such as quaternary nitrogen and having a positive effective charge and hydrophilic nonionic monomer of about 80 to 20 mass % (based on total weight of all monomer). Consequently, competitive immunoassay can be done using this analysis element and the labeled object to be analyzed.
