Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytic method of a processed surface shape of a lens capable of analyzing the processed surface shape of the lens using a probability density function without actually measuring it, and to provide the execution program of the analytic method.SOLUTION: A probability density function (optimization probability density function) having a small statistical error is obtained by optimizing a parameter of a predetermined probability density function by determining the maximum likelihood estimation amount using, as a variable, a processing state point of a plurality of existing lenses. An intrinsic probability density function is created by applying a new lens to the optimization probability density function, and the processed surface of the new lens is analyzed on the basis of the intrinsic probability density function.
