Abstract:
To provide an analyzer, an analyzing method and an analysis program that are able to analyze a processed state in association with mechanical data output during an operation of a processor and measurement data including the dimensions of an actual product measured by a measuring instrument.SOLUTION: An analyzer 1A comprises: a collection unit 101 that collects a collection of mechanical data output during an operation of a processor 2 and a collection of measurement data including a measurement point, obtained by measuring, with a measurement unit 3, dimensions of a product processed by the processor 2; and a characteristic extraction unit 102 by which mechanical data corresponding to an arbitrary measurement point included in the collection of the measurement data is selected from the collection of the mechanical data and the selected mechanical data is extracted as a characteristic of the measurement point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
