This analyzer for chromatography has an unwettable reactive layer carrier support body 1, while also having a sample application part 3 applied with a liquid sample, a marker hold part 4 holding a mobile marker reagent, a reactive layer 2 allowing a bonding reaction to the marker reagent, and a water-absorbing part 5 for finally absorbing the liquid sample, above the reaction layer carrier support body 1. The reactive layer 2 retains an antibody immobilization part 6 wherein an antibody specifically bondable to an analysis target subject in the liquid sample is immobilized and a pigment immobilization part 7 wherein an arbitrary pigment is immobilized, at arbitrary positions thereon.
