To provide an analyzer for automatically performing a series of processes from preprocessing of a sample containing biologically-relevant molecules to fixation of separated biologically-relevant molecules to a transfer film.
An analyzer 1 is provided with: a separation part 2 for holding a sample containing molecules to be analyzed and separating the molecules from the sample; a transfer film 5 for transferring the separated molecules from the separation part 2; a transfer film drive part 8 for moving the transfer film 5 which has transferred the separated molecules; and a light source 7 for radiating light to the transfer film 5 after the molecules have been transferred. The separation part 2 has a separation medium 21 for holding the sample and separating the molecules, and a separation tank 22 for storing the separation medium 21. The transfer film drive part 8 has a feeding roll 81 for feeding the transfer film 5 and a wind-up roll 82 for winding up the transfer film 5.
