Abstract:

PURPOSE: To store data into an arithmetic memory on a job site, and take out the arithmetic memory so as to perform an analysis by means of a computer at the other place by separably connector the computer, into which a calculating program for the operation time of a robot is inputted, to the arithmetic memory connected to a signal converter.

CONSTITUTION: A signal converter 16 converts a digital signal outputted from a controller 12 into a digital signal at a TTL level, and as well, performs A/D conversion of an analog signal outputted from a motor amplifier 14 for controlling the respective drive motors of control shafts disposed in a robot 11, and further, converts the resultant digital signal into one at the TTL level. An arithmetic memory 18 receives both digital signals converted at the TTL level, calculates the respective data, and once stores the calculated result therein. After the completion of every action of the robot, the arithmetic memory 18 is taken out somewhere at the other place, and threat, a computer 19 is connected to the arithmetic memory 18 so as to read out the stored data, thereby calculating and analyzing operation time on the basis of a program inputted into the computer 19.
