PURPOSE: To obtain an analyzer equipped with a voice input/output function for commanding the operation of the analyzer with a voice and information is delivered with a voice from the analyzer.

CONSTITUTION: A command receiving section 2 delivering an operational command to an analyzing section 3 is connected with a voice recognition unit 1 for converting a voice signal into a predetermined code in order to allow input of voice. The measurement information collected and analyzed at the analyzing section 3 is encoded at an output control section 4 and converted into a voice signal through a voice synthesizer 5. Consequently, the analyzer can be operated with voice even when both hands are full. Furthermore, an operator requires no pass word even when a secret protective function is provided in the analyzer. Since an alarm of the analyzer is delivered with a voice, the operator can remove the abnormality quickly. The confirmation work of the operator and the operability of maintenance work are also enhanced because the measuring conditions, measurements and operational procedures can be obtained with a voice.
