Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of preventing contamination inside a vacuum container at power outages.SOLUTION: An analyzer 1 comprises a pump 60 for evacuating the inside of a vacuum container 20, a normally closed solenoid valve 70 for making the inside of the vacuum container 20 be at atmospheric pressure, a power supply switch 61 for switching on/off states of power supplied form a power supply 62 to the pump 60, and control circuit boards 30 and 80 for outputting a control signal to the power supply switch 61 and supplying power to the normally closed solenoid valve 70 to place it into an open state. The analyzer 1 is provided with a charge circuit 85 in which a prescribed amount of power is stored, so that, when power is no longer supplied from the power supply 62 to the pump 60 while being in the on state, a prescribed amount of power is supplied from the charge circuit 85 to the normally closed solenoid valve 70 to make the inside of the vacuum container 20 be at atmospheric pressure.
