PURPOSE: To decide whether or not there is a relation among conditional expressions by incorporating logic for analyzing the relation between a start condition rule inputted newly from an input means and a start condition rule registered in a storage means.
CONSTITUTION: When the new user's start condition rule is inputted from a keyboard 1, the input start condition rule is stored in a storage part 2 temporarily and a relation conditional expression decision processing part 3 extracts conditions which are already registered out of a start condition rule storage part 4 one by one and compares them with the input condition rule to check whether there is a relation or not. When there is coincident part of a symbol string, character string, of numeral, it is decided that there is a relation and a crossing conditional expression is underscored or made different in color. Then, a user reconfirms a similar start condition rule among the start condition rules which are already registered, so the start condition rule is prevented from being registered repeatedly or erroneously.
