PURPOSE: To install an anchor bolt fixedly even on the fixing surface part made of a material with rather small driving strength.

CONSTITUTION: An anchor bolt is provided with a bolt main body 23 and a sleeve 26 installed on the shaft part 24 of the bolt main body 23, and the sleeve 26 is formed roughly in cylindrical shape through the entire unit and made of a flexible material. Also multiple slits 30 into which the shaft part 24 of the bolt main body is inserted so that it can be rotated inside it are formed on the inner periphery surface of the bolt main body 23 on the shaft top end side, are provided with a screw part 28 which is screwed into the screw groove 27 of the shaft part 24, and form along the axial direction a sleeve piece 31 at a position apart by a specified distance from the end of the sleeve 26 on the head part 25 of the bolt main body 23. Then a metallic cylindrical member 42 formed into a specified width dimension is placed between the end part of the sleeve 6 on the head part 25 side of the bolt main body 23 and the sleeve piece 31.
