To provide an anchor coating agent that can give practically enough laminate strength when an adhesive resin layer is firmed on films including a metal film such as aluminum, metal oxides such as alumina, films vapor deposited an inorganic oxides such as silica, or polyolefin base films such as PET film or polyethylene with extrusion laminate.
The anchor coating agent includes a styrene base block copolymer (A) that is graft modified with α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivatives thereof and having an acid value in the range of 0.1 to 50 mg KOH/g, and a tackifying resin (B) having an acid value in the range of 50 to 300 mg KOH/g, which are dissolved or dispersed in a solvent, wherein the weight ratio of (A) to (B) (A)/(B)=90/10 to 60/40, and the solid concentration is 1 to 20 wt.%.
