Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an anchor plate for fastening the inlet and outlet branches of an evaporator from being tilted and disconnected from the two branches when it is removed from a gripping means.
CONSTITUTION: An anchor plate 1, in which an inlet pipe 6 and an outlet pipe 7 are retained by pressing the respective beads 19, 20 of the inlet pipe 6 and the outlet pipe 7 using a gripping means, is provided at its opposite edges with slots 29, 30 in which the pipes 6, 7 can be fitted, the at least one of the slots having parallel side edges 34, 35 which are almost tangents to its semi-circular depth portion.
