Title:
ANCHOR SLEEVE FOR CONCRETE, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3717164
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength anchor sleeve for concrete only with a plastic working from a steel bar base stock.
SOLUTION: A plurality of recessed linear grooves (11a)(11b) for extension parallelly extended by prescribed lengths (L1)(L2) along a cylinder axial direction of a cylindrical body (10) having a fixed thickness (T), are plastically worked as a tapered shape so that the depth (G) depressed from the outer peripheral surface or/and the inner peripheral surface of the body (10) becomes gradually deeper towards the tip end side which is inserted into the embedding hole (44) of a concrete structure (C), and in such a way, the anchor sleeve is set so as to be possible to push and expand the above body (10) from the tip end surface of the relatively remaining thinnest portion (P).
